Adam A. Bakir, P.E., GMB, GMR, CGP

General Manager & Co-Founder

Adam is a graduate in civil engineering majoring in structural engineering with a minor in architecture. He worked as a consulting engineer, and then co-founded the Descon Group of companies in 1979. These are companies that developed many subdivisions and quality custom homes, gated communities and remodeling in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Adam is a strong believer in quality work that gets delivered “On Time and On Budget” at every price level. He is also a strong believer in continuing education as a way to continuously improving products and services. He has always been an active member in the community and in the industry serving on many boards. In 2012 he was elected as a Life Member of the board of directors of the Texas Association of Builders. He is also a Texas board certified Professional Engineer, Graduate Master Builder, Graduate Master Remodeler and Certified Green Building Professional. As a member of the Structural Committee of the Foundations Performance Association, Adam has co-authored several papers on best practices and improving foundation performance. In his spare time Adam enjoys playing golf and fine dining.

Interior Decorator/Certified Home Stager & Co-Founder

Raghda is a talented home decorator and a Certified Home Stager with over 25 years of experience She has decorated and set up hundreds of award winning model homes, assisted clients in their color and material selections and shopping for furniture and accessories for Descon Homes/Incredible Renovations’ clients. Raghda realizes the importance of incorporating interior design in planning the remodel of existing and addition of new space while accommodating existing furniture and personal lifestyle. Raghda also plays a key role in advising clients on their selection of styles, and finishes and makes the design process an enjoyable and fun process.

Judyth Piazza

Public Relations and Marketing Manager

Judyth has an AA Degree in Journalism and Public Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications. At Incredible Renovations, Judyth is the first point of contact, she listens to why you want to remodel and what your vision is for your overall remodeling project. Judyth stays in touch with you during and after the work is complete. She will be there every step of the way to make sure you are happy and to learn what you are enjoying the most about your renovation so that she can share it with future clients. Judyth prides herself on being detailed oriented and hyper-organized in a fast-paced environment. In her spare time Judyth enjoys boxing and flying ultralights.

Deanna Haranda

Deanna Haranda

Accounting,  Admin & Purchasing Manager

Deanna manages all accounting functions including; invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, office budget and payroll. She designs and implements office policies, updates health and safety policies and ensures that they are being adhered to as well as making sure that all personnel files are up to date. She also ensures an adequate supply of stationery and supplies in the office and maintains the office equipment and schedules repairs when necessary. Deanna handles all the day to day office needs, organizes and supervises all of the administrative activities that facilitates good interoffice relations. She makes sure that she stays up to date in industry standards by continuing education, participating in workshops and continually learning about new office management procedures.

Construction Manager  Scott is a BBA graduate of Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas. He is a performance driven construction manager with over 10 years of experience in new homes. Scott’s strengths include: strong qualifications in project management, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, increasing profit margins, maximizing customer satisfaction, surpassing goals and providing a quality product on time. His responsibilities include spending time on job sites, working closely with clients and crews to make sure the remodeling process runs smoothly and that each project is “On Time and On Budget” without sacrificing quality. The successes he has reached are due to consistent communication, efficient time management and use of current technologies.

Construction Manager Eric is a graduate of the University of Houston. He has spent the last 17 years managing residential construction projects in the Houston area.   As Construction Manager, he implements a high level of quality control by overseeing the daily operations in the field and prides himself on getting his projects done “On Time and On Budget.”Eric also maintains strong working relationships with our trade partners, suppliers, architects, interior designers and homeowners. His eye for detail and commitment to superior quality make him an asset to our team.   In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family.

Sajjad has a Bachelor of Science Degree.  His role at Incredible Renovations is to analyze budgets vs. actual costs for each project, source out and assist our purchasing manager in procurement of materials and services.  His positive energy and his attention to detail and organizational skills are incomparable.  Sajjad is a key member of The Incredible Team, a firm believer in completing every project professionally “On Time and On Budget” without sacrificing quality.

Carolina is the key member of the creative design team at Incredible Renovations. She graduated with a bachelor degree in Architecture and has gained great experience in residential design, ranging from single family homes to multi-family developments. She has also worked as an interior designer specializing in the use of modern European styles and furnishings. As the architectural designer at Incredible Renovations, Carolina is in charge of architectural design and helping clients with creative solutions to fit their lifestyles. She also plays a key role advising customers on the selection of styles, colors and finishes.

Leon earned a B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in mass media from Vanderbilt University. As part of the marketing team, he participates in Social Media Optimization, using social media as a catalyst to grow our company’s online presence and brand recognition.  Leon also spends time optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization. He performs ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities and researches and implements content on our company’s web platforms.

Franco has over 22 years experience in framing and over 10 years experience in the roofing industry. His knowledge in these areas allows him to be creative and use his attention to detail in each job that he oversees. As Chief Framing Contractor, he is involved every step of the way. Franco’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of framing from beginning to end. In his spare time, Franco enjoys spending time with his family.
